Coordinating installation, commissioning and warranty activities for capital equipment projects and upgrades to existing equipment worldwide across Atlas and Titan slitter rewinder ranges of equipment

Job Description

• Degree in Engineering or relevant equivalent qualification through experience.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate with people from all sizes of organisation and from all cultures.
• Desire to provide customer service at an elevated level - internal and external customers.
• Excellent Microsoft skills and Experience of using ERP system for coordinating field service activities.


These are your responsibilities

• Scheduling engineers for installation, commissioning and warranty support.
• Monitoring and recording costs to ensure projects remain on budget.
• Ensuring projects are installed and commissioned on time, in full and to the customers satisfaction.
• Reporting of equipment non-conformity issues, throughout installation, commission and warranty phases of project.
• Liaise with all departments within the company (engineering, sales, project management) to bring issues to effective and timely close.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and liaise with installation / commissioning engineers to produce a work plan.
• Determine if equipment is within warranty period and organize replacement parts and labour. Organize return of failed parts and liaise with quality control to ensure that the supplier is taking appropriate action.
