Successful Service Week at Atlas

In October many participants accepted the invitation of the Atlas service team. The service specialists had invited to a service training week and prepared a rich agenda for it - a combination of interactive lectures and practical exercises. The primary aim was to teach participants an agile and flexible approach to solving customer service challenges. Service staff from England, India, Germany and the USA supported each other and exchanged ideas during this week, helping to make this excellently organised week even more successful.
